The Kor-Azor Roving Tribunal is established by special decree of Articio KorAzor. Designated to act as a tribunal arbitrating judicial matters in the Heir's stead.

The tribunal operates out of The Ashtad.

K-ART is limited in its authority to those systems under the auspices of the Kor-Azor family, and those cases which do not fall under the purview of the Civil Court or the Theology Council.

The head of the tribunal is the Honourable Dr. Arkon Sarain.
