Reqs:
1. Don't be a spy. (Just kidding, we love spies! The more the merrier!)
2. Laugh at wannabe merc corps that fly T1 fitted faction BS and try to smack in local, then cry and block you when you smack back.
3. Agree to 1v1 shield tanked temps with twice the amount of your SP, and with LG crystal sets.
4. Be able to lose CNRs in missions, then take it like a man from corp months afterwards.
5. Ragequit EVE at least once a month!
6. No marine biologists, please.
