We are the Legion of Tovil-Toba. Named after a great hero in the annals of Caldari lore. My race's history shows that Admiral Tovil-Toba sacraficed himself for the safety of those who could not defend themselves. In this spirit I provide you all our mission statement.

The Legion of Tovil-Toba will be dedicated to the training and guidance to new pilots and to provide a a home for those who share a vision of a corp where no man or woman is a number.
