Corporation/Alliance Development Operations - Proceeds are used to maintain and defray costs associated with operations, including Citadel and Ship Provisioning/Replacement.

^We will do roams looking for Ore Anomalies, but when it comes to System Belt mining we will not wipe out entire systems, 1-2 belts at most. I refuse to let us be like some corporations - individuals.
