A wholly owned corporate vehicle of Meridiel Records S.A., established for the acquisition, construction and administration of cultural, commercial and orbital infrastructure throughout the Federation.

The corporation exists to hold strategic assets, manage station development, coordinate contractors and provide permanent facilities for Meridiel artists, staff, guests and affiliated enterprises.

Its current flagship project is the establishment of a major orbital complex above Luminaire: part headquarters, part cultural embassy, part performance venue, part logistical fortress.

Meridiel believes that art requires somewhere to stand.

Preferably somewhere heavily armoured.
