Created in YC117 by an entity known only as The Illusive Caldarian, the corporation expanded quickly taking over Custom Offices in several regions. While CONCORD was paid to look the other way the group waged it's war in Empire space with little resistance.

By late YC118 the wars had ended and the founder had withdrawn further into obscurity and eventually stepping down as the CEO. Hero Shihari a brilliant strategist and close confidante of The Illusive Caldarian stepped into the role moving the corporation away from conflict and into R&D and manufacturing. However this was only a temporary change of direction.

Merging resources, people and money with NimdaV in December YC119 Morning Star Expeditionary Force doubled in size. The corporation now with it's 34 active members shifted it's focus back to the foundation which the group was built.
