We operate in US TZ. The only thing we enforce is bookmarking and pathfinder conventions. This can easily be taught.

Huff, run combat sites, data/relics, PVP we like to do it all. We like to keep it a small tight knit group, so don't expect 30 man fleets. Yes we are the so called cockroaches of New Eden, we see it we eat it.
