While Neostar Research is nearly a year old, it has mostly been used by the founder and a couple of friends for manufacturing.. we would like to expand into different areas, particularily incursions.

we have an active Shield Fleet Commander for vanguard sites, and we run fleets almost daily. fleet forms up between 0000 and 0200 (eve time), and usually runs until DT. fleet commander training positions are available, and plans are being made to break into assault sites.

our ship replacement policy (not currently active) is intended to replace the hulls of pilots whose ships are lost in corp fleets. losses will be reviewed prior to payouts. excessive losses from any pilot may lead to the pilot no longer being eligible for re-imbursement.

We also offer skill training and fitting guidance. we can help a new player get into an adequate incursion ship in under a month, or a logistics ship in roughly 2 months.
