What is this Corp?
This Corp was founded on the principles.

1. Casual play.
While some may play EVE as somewhat of a second job. This corporation does not seek to become the richest, nor the most influential, nor is it focused on a single aspect of EVE. Instead, this Corp is made for the explicit purpose of having some place to chat, roam, rat, and mine in a group or have the guarantee that a group, even if small, will have your back while you do so.

2. Loose organization structure.
Fleets are not to be formed by demand of the CEO unless absolutely necessary (read, if we ever move to low or null security systems, or J-space and form fleets for asset security) instead, fleets shall come from the bottom-up. If someone wishes to form a fleet they are free to do so for any reason as long as it does not violate our rules.

3. Clean play.
We do not Harass other pilots, we do not scam nor suicide-gank. We are to play this game with our principles intact and to hold ourselves to certain standards and to treat other pilots with a certain degree of dignity. You are free to pirate in low or null, and even pod your kills in such systems if that is what you desire. Failure to hold yourselves to these standards will result in permanent expulsion from the corporation.

4. Drop-in Drop-out.
We do not seek member retention so you are free to join and leave as you please, we will not gank you, nor harass you. If another member is then report him immediately for investigation and subsequent expulsion.
