Rules of Engagement Policy
NEHRA Pilots follow a DNE (Do Not Engage) Policy.
NEHRA Pilots fly with the following ROE:
- Safety set: Green
- Determine capsuleer pilots on grid by NEHRA's Standing Threat/Assesment Policy
- Evacuate location or securely dock at Pilot or acting Wing Leader's discretion
- Issue a warning and establish friendly communication
- Self Defense at Pilot's or acting Wing Leader's discretion

NEHRA Contact Standing Policy
Standings regulated by NEHRA are used STRICTLY for the purpose of threat and risk determinitation. Engagement, "Aggression First Conduct" with another capsuleer pilot, corporation or alliance is FORBIDDEN and grounds for investigation. Standings assigned by NEHRA does not indicate NEHRA will return fire or is hostile in any manner towards beligerents. A public records request or change request (PRR or PRC) can be sent to NEHRA to review NEHRA's standing records, audit or change at the requester's discretion and an internal panel set by NEHRA.
