In Noble Core our one and only goal is to use a democratic system so that every players voice is heard. We've all been through our fare share of trouble and misfortune in this game, well it doesn't always have to be like that. Within Noble Core we want to build trust for your fellow player, and the security to back it up. In Noble Core we see opportunity in every player. All that is needed of those wishing to join is to send in an application with your reason for joining, how long you have been playing EVE, and what you are looking to do.

Members will be given a rank and based on a multitude of things your rank will change over time. This could be from your performance on mission and Corp operations, or simply by how much and what you do to contribute to Noble Core. We want to create a sense of equality here within Noble Core, so just because a player is of a higher rank doesn't mean they will have anymore of a say than you. Ranks will only help the Corp structure itself.

Everything we do within Noble Core will be put to a vote. Regular voting will be conducted for things such as, when ops will take place, Which ops the corp will do, and how Noble Core spends its ISK. These will be conducted twice a month and all decided ops and corp spendings will be posted.

But there are somethings that must be decided quickly and will be done so in the form of an Emergency Vote. These will be conducted only under extreme circumstances, and will be decided based on who is online within the 24 hour voting period.
