NOII was origionally founded by Alexiuss, former CEO of Istra Industries (INI), however after merging with fellow alliance corporation ISK, INI no longer exsists as an active corporation.
However I believe fresh beginnings are always justified and I believe that with a little faith and alot of determination our goals can be reached.
