Nouvelle Rouvenor was an underwater city on Caldari Prime largely inhabited by an Gallente population prior to the Gallente-Caldari War. Its dome was sabotaged by Caldari terrorists at the start of the war and some 500,000 people were killed.

Just as the spirit of the peoples of the Gallente Federation have not forgotten about the events on Caldari Prime more than a hundred years ago, the board of Nouvelle Rouvenor Holdings will not forget the responsibilities to our shareholders.
