About us:
- US TZ - We are both East and West coast pilots from America and Canada.
- Low sec, Amarr Faction War, Micro gang (average fleet size of 5). We prefer strategy rather than overwhelming numbers. Battle Clinic
- Average age of our membership is mid 30's.
- Our game is about getting better as individual pilots, and as a fleet.

What we are looking for:
-Team Speak and Slack, are required.
- Experienced PVP pilots - as long as you have some experience in PVP in Eve, we are willing to work with pilots that lack solo and micro gang experience and/or confidence.
-Combat probers - Dscan Gurus - Dotlan Literate - Adrenaline Addicts - Soloists that like to fleet up a couple times a week
-Pilots willing to train to our few doctrines. (For more info on this, ask us on Team Speak if we make it that far.)
-Pilots that do not make a habit of dying, but when they do, they die quietly, get their damn pod out (this is low sec) and have a replacement ship, already fitted, back at the hanger ready to undock.
