Here are our requirements:
\u2022 Omega main account; ideally over 1 year and 40M skill points
\u2022 18+ years old
\u2022 Working microphone
\u2022 No RMT. No botting
\u2022 No drama. Willingness to help and learn
\u2022 Able to fly a doctrine sub-cap and anti-cap dread at the same time, or actively working towards this goal
\u2022 Dedicated alpha (free to play) toon for home defense
\u2022 Eagerness to join corp and alliance PVP fleets and be on comms with corp

Above all, we are not looking for rule lawyers. Our goal is to continue building a PVP community who has been playing for over 22 years, and racking up PVP #1s across multiple games. The spirit of these requirements is to convey that corp members should proactively participate in corp activities, with a clear focus in PVP. Likewise generally be on corp comms hanging out with other members and getting to know them. Lastly that ping channels are not channels you mute because you like content.
