We are a couple run industry. Our focus is on our members as such we have a reward based system set in place for our recruits. We like to make everyone feel welcome and stress a community atmosphere of people helping people. We do not tolerate agression and bad attitudes and perfer to think of ourselves focusing more on mining then fighting other players in needless expensive wars. Currently all our members are university or college students as such we do not expect extreme commitment or require recruits to be logged in a certain amount of hours a week. We like to plan corp outings as often as we can but are very flexible regarding schedules. Everyone is welcome and the more diversity and experience levels the better.
