I. Mission

S.O.A.R.'s main mission to help its members grow and work as a team. S.O.A.R. operates as a whole unit without focus on one individual but as a team
element. Each member within the corp is like a coyote, working well independently, yeah working together for the whole. Each member within S.O.A.R. is
family to another.


II. Assets

A) Income - Corporate Tax Rate is currently 10.0%. No other charges are applied unless special vote is put in and voted upon by the corporate
members. While donations to the corporation are greatly appreciated, it does help in maintain operations of the corp. Other assets such as minerals, ore,
equipment are not required to be donated to the corp, but again will help with corporate operations.

B) Expenditures - Corporate spending will be overseen by the CEO and any other agents appointed by the CEO. All spending will be in focus to the
corporation and its members with no one member being beneficial to projects or operations.

C) Fleet - Ships with the status of Cruiser and higher are giving out on loan to the members of the corp. Each member is currently required to provide
insurance to the ship in case of mishap. Currently the corp does not provide insurance due to assets being allocated elsewhere. This policy is subject to
change.



III. Goals

A) Current goals of S.O.A.R. are to provide assistance and train members in areas they wish to focus on.

B) Build corporate fleet to support missions and operations.

C) Maximize efficiency within corporation.


IV. Violations

A) The following acts will not be exceptable within the corporation and will be handled accordingly:

- Stealing from within the corp or from a fellow S.O.A.R.
- Podding your own corp member without just cause, and must be approved by the CEO before the act is committed.
- Abandonment
- Spying of S.O.A.R.'s assets and/or operations.
