Our collaborative not-slaves and technology help sort packages, move product, and improve employee safety across our operations network. This collaboration between employees and not-slaves helps Scamazon fulfill orders to delight customers. About 700 new categories of jobs now exist at Scamazon because of the technology we\'ve deployed at our sites.

Atheala Altol was nervous about joining a big company like Scamazon. She was nervous that she wouldn\u2019t have the opportunity to lead big projects; her experience has been the exact opposite. During her Human Resources (HR) internship in Sehmy, she was able to collaborate with HR leaders across The Forge to complete a large-scale HR development project. As an intern, Atheala was empowered to build relationships with HR Business Partners and create and analyze surveys to identify learning content needed for HR professionals at Scamazon. In addition to being on a project team, she was able to learn from the site HR team and understand how HR plays a key role in running a successful operation. In her own words, \u201cThe level of ownership that Scamazon instills in their interns is truly pivotal in helping young professionals learn in a professional environment.\u201d
