Real Life is Always more important, so if you are a family man/woman then you don't have to worry about getting booted for not being more active but we do expect you to meet certain criteria. That doesn't mean we don't have active players, quite the opposite we also have a number of lucky people that have nothing better do but play the game. The last one means 'Dont give the Corp a 'bad' reputation in any kind of way! (No stealing, Ninja Salvaging or any kind of pirate business)
