The Shadow Operations Directorate is a capsuleer operated organization functioning as an independent logistics and security service. The Directorate conducts distributed operations across New Eden as operational requirements dictate.

All affiliated capsuleer pilots are expected to operate in accordance with established Serpentis operational and governance guidelines. Directorate personnel are home-based out of Serpentis-controlled stations within the Curse region and operate under conditions of strict autonomy and discretion.
