1) Ship Replacement Program. If you lose a ship, whether it is a mission ship you lost to rats or a mining ship that got ganked by players, the corp will help buy you a new one. Details are in the corp bulletins (Corporation menu, Home tab, Bulletins tab).

2) Comprehensive Buyback Program. We have a comprehensive program to buy any ore, loot, and salvage our members don't want to sell themselves. More details in the bulletins!

3) We actually care. We love this game and we want to see it succeed. We will help new players learn to play how they want to play - we don't force anyone into any one playstyle. We also don't hold grudges when you move on - you'll always have a home at The Daystrom Institute.
