Stargate Kommand is back and recruitment has been reopened.

The State had lost its way. The corporations forgot the principles upon which they were founded. They followed the enemies. The people suffered. The State suffered. We were an embarrassment. Our forefathers turned in their graves at the depths to which our leaders had allowed the State to fall.

No more!!! Those leaders have been banished. We are strong again. We are Caldari once again. We are the State once again.
