Teraa Matar is a minmatar tribalist organisation, dedicated to protecting the tribes and the matari people from threats both external and domestic. Our loyalty is to our people, not to the government, though we recognize the vital role that government currently plays.

For those interested in recruitment in this organisation, outside of special cases we are going to take only pilots who are matari, or who desire to become part of matari culture, and have demonstrated it with dedication to our people, and courage in the face of our adversaries. Those who think they exemplify these traits should join our public channel.
