A public BPO Library, nothing more or less. Feel free to apply with your mains or your alts, and make as many copies as you would like.

Rule 1) Do not scam.
-Scams include anything from stealing someone else's BPCs to isk-doubling schemes. We don't care what you do outside of this alliance, but any toon caught in a scam will be set red and lose access.

Rule 2) Do not exploit the BPO Library.
-This includes canceling someone else's research job. There is an audit log, we will know who you are. You will be set red and lose access.
-We have done extensive testing and our BPOs are locked down and safe. If you find a way around our security, inform us. If you take advantage of the library, you will be set red and lose access.

Rule 3) You are responsible for your own BPCs.
-Pickup your copy asap. There is currently no mechanism to prevent someone from stealing your delivered BPC.

There are other reasons you may be set red and/or lose access to the Library.
-Common sense applies here. Play the game, enjoy yourself, and don't be "that guy".
