Who We Are
The Flywheel Group is a small corporation that was established on 9/9/2020. We are newer players that wanted to be able to create something together instead of just being the pawns of larger corporations. Currently, we are based out of Shihuken with an office at Shihuken VII - Moon 9 - Core Complexion Inc. Warehouse. We are focusing on high-sec operations with a safe trade route to Jita. We are a casual group that understands that RL comes first, we are just looking to have fun and work together when we have the time.

Policies

-Treat everyone with respect.
-Before being recruited capsuleer must have completed career agents.

Short Term Goals
-Building starting capital and manufacturing autonomy as new players. We would like to have the ability to manufacture ships and fittings for basic ships for corporation members.
-Growing a close group of members to help grow and shape the future of The Flywheel Group.
-Researching corporation owned structures and developing a building plan.

Long Term Goals
-Working towards corporation owned structures.
-Building infrastructure for mining, manufacturing, and trading.
-Training some members in combat to protect our fleets.

Recruitment
Recruits should be interested in the following
-Working as a team, by dividing tasks and specializing in them we increase our overall production.
-We will need miners, industrialists, haulers, traders, and security.
-Members are welcome to do every role or focus on the ones they choose.
-Joining a discord to help coordinate between corporation members.
-Building a small corporation from the ground up with other like-minded players.
