"The Haboose" name is a hybrid of "Habu" and "Mangoose". "Habu" is the name of a venemous Pit Viper indigenous to Japan and also used to nickname the SR-71 "Blackbird" recon plane that flew missions out of Kadena Air Base on Okinawa, Japan. A small Indian Mongoose was brought to the island to help eliminate the "Habu" population from the island because the mongoose was immune to the Habu venom. The plan didnt work. The mongoose became just as much of a problem as the Habu was. As archenemies, they make the perfect combination of poison and courage. "The Haboose" has 2 inspirational leaders, Javanic Erpest (Herpestes_javanicus) and Trimer Flavov (Trimeresurus_flavoviridis). Poisonous Strike and Couragous Agility are mended together through their teachings.

It is rummored that relatives of this corporation were a part of covert operations on the old world and may have been brought through the New Eden gate before it was even stabilized.
