"Isoila" has a double meaning, being both the first name of the founder, Isoila Okanata, and an acronym standing for The "Internal Security Operations, Investigations [and] Law" Agency.

Some say this acronym is a bit of a stretch, but that's irrelevant as The Isoila Agency primarily does security dealings within the Horst Conglomerate (with special care given when investigating infractions against the Horst Manufacturing Corporation), though our services are available to anyone willing to pay enough.

"Order Through Control, Power Through Compliance."

The Isoila Okanata Enforcement Agency is a subsidiary of the Horst Manufacturing Corporation and is thus applicable to the same policies and practices.
