Informations for all Optionholders:
Limitations
I. Every Player can only buy one Option.
II. The Jaze Experience reserves the right to release Options to the stipulated Terms by contract.
If such a case would occur, the Investor would be informed 1 Week before a given Option enters Recoverymode.
The Interest (Compounded Interest) + original Option Size would be wired back to the Investor at the end of the duration defined by contract
and the Position would be closed.
III. All Investments made are exclusively based on trust in the actions and Businesses of The Jaze Experience. There will be no refunding in the
case of a total or partially loss, even such a case is very unlikely to occur.
IV. In the case of predictable out-of-game-circumstances preventing further ingame actions, the Investor will be informed and a Solution will be found.
This would be a very uncommon case as at least two (2) Broker are informed of any given active Option.
V. All Changes been made both in Limitations & Conditions will be announced to every Optionholder. All active Options would be unaffected until
the next Period.
VI. The Jaze Experience only works with trusted capsuleers and corporations.
Definitions
Option Periods are defined as 1 Month at 4 Weeks. A Week is defined as 7 Days at 24 hours.
The Jaze Experience offers 'Options' which equals the more likely known term 'Bond' both in Terms & Conditions and the Option Matrix.
The term BMPR in the Option Matrix is the 'Basic monthly payout rate'.
