I. The Sovereign Pilot
Members of [POF] are granted the freedom to pursue their own interests\u2014be it exploration, industry, or trade\u2014provided those interests do not bring dishonor or unnecessary threat to the Corporation.

II. The Mandate of Respect
Freedom is not an excuse for toxicity.
To Members: Absolute respect is mandatory. We are friends first, pilots second.
To Neutrals: We treat all non-hostile pilots with professional courtesy. We do not engage in "griefing" or unprovoked harassment. We are a beacon of stability in a chaotic cluster.

III. Resource Rights & Mining
Mining operations are conducted under the "Clean Belt" policy. We work together to clear belts efficiently, ensuring that everyone\u2014from the newest Venture pilot to the veteran Orca commander\u2014shares in the bounty fairly.

IV. Standing Orders
Fly Aware: Freedom requires vigilance. Always monitor local and intel channels.
