While the Sisters of EVE (SOE) are primarily known as a neutral humanitarian and scientific organization, they frequently utilize Mercenaries as "contractors" to perform military and security tasks.

Neutrality through Force: SOE Contracts are given to TSMX7 to clear trade routes for their relief convoys. We & SOE justify this as a "necessary evil" to ensure aid reaches war-torn regions. We are also tasked to make sure rogue elements do not move SOE technology out of our space by intercepting others running missions for SOE.

Cutoms Offices in our sphere of influence will be taken by force to fund our Aid Efforts. Taxes are set to a low 2% to minimize burden on local economies.
