Official Notice of Operational Mandate

Pursuant to the Space Operational Cleanliness Standards (SOCS), Title 14, Section 3, Subsection B, the Tractor Unit Termination Team is hereby authorized to conduct inspection, verification, and removal procedures pertaining to unauthorized Mobile Tractor Units within all jurisdictions.

TUTT personnel are empowered to identify instances of grid contamination, unregulated debris accumulation, and any structure deemed noncompliant with SOCS Article 7. Upon confirmation of violation status, corrective action shall be executed in the form of immediate structure termination and subsequent debris reclamation, in accordance with established Public Sanitation Protocol 22-A.

Individuals operating Mobile Tractor Units within designated cleanup zones are advised that noncompliant equipment may be subject to compulsory removal in the interest of environmental stability, navigational clarity, and general public order.

Participation in TUTT activities is open to pilots who demonstrate adherence to regulatory procedure, commitment to grid hygiene, and willingness to perform corrective termination actions as outlined in procedural handbook PW-91.

Failure of MTUs to maintain compliance will result in enforcement. Compliance is encouraged.
