The Union Protectorate completely oversees the Universal Union, essentially acting as a central government which sets the Union apart from empires like the Caldari State. The Protectorate has the final say in everything happening within the Union's borders and beyond.

Although mostly defended by the Union Navy, the Protectorate maintains its own special forces and military convoys aswell as diplomatic fleets.

The Union Executive Panel prequently gives out orders, public messages, announcements and manifestos. it's also responsible for all conducted operations, both industrial and naval.
