After Vorpal Cloud, Inc. was disbanded, Alicia Shardani moved quickly to scoop up it's remaining talent. The new company was to focus on various industrial processes, using a bit of technology from the VC, Inc. That said, most of the reason Alicia took advantage of the opportunity was to pick up some tried and true talent quickly. She elected to keep a similar name to help the employees transition.
