Wartech Empire is a new age corporation were the strength of our corporation comes from the diversity of our players. What each player puts in to the corporation is what they can get back. We have rank and pay system set up to reward our players and everyone be part of the corp down to the lowest level. There are three different rank systems set up for different types of players. There is a no obligation or requirements from our Enlisted other than be on comms while in null sec alliance rule. These ranks are from E-1 to E-4 but even at these ranks you can be a team leader and take schools for specialized ops, elite wings, and covert ops. There is the NCO core with minimum sp requirements and frequently online. The NCO core is the heart of the corporation and NCO's will have leadership positions from squad leader, platoon leader, company level, and brigade level. The last are the officers. There are limited slots for officers and have higher sp requirements as well as regular play time. Orders are passed down from the top and carried out through our officers. They run the corporation and have postions as platoon leaders, company commanders, brigade commanders and fleet admirals. We are joining a null sec alliance in Syndicate region with TS3. There is plenty of ratting and mining to make enough money for your expensive shiny ships and POS set up for manufacturing and research. Our corporation is set up for our players to be able to enjoy what they like while meeting other like minded players while having the support of all the logistics and benifits that a corp can offer a player. We have constant ops running for our players. We have different ops including mission running, mining, pvp roams, and a active alliance.
