Clearly deals have been made, for despite their blatant ties to one of the most hated organisations in New Eden, they operate freely and legitimately in secure space as well as having various known operations in the pirate controlled regions of Null. It is widely known that this "Nu-Gurista" breed are extremely honourable and while their motivations are like anyone elses - Greed, they operate under a strict "Bushido" - a code of engagement that all pilots under their flag adhere to.

As to the origins of the name, only one scrap of half-truth has ever been forthcoming from investigation: a single highly-corrupted fragment of data recovered from the surveilance implant of the only D.E.D. spy to ever gain entry into the corporation\'s ranks. Upon it a lone voice, female, identified as "Winfuri" (believed to be Winfuri Laitanen) is heard stating:

"The only thing the rabbit has ever learnt to fear, is the white hawk in the sky"

The data was recovered from the agent posthumously, after his head was delivered via Bustard to a supposedly top-secret D.E.D. blacksite approximately 127 hours after his deployment. Since then no further attempts at infiltration have been authorised, despite numerous requests from high-ranking Amarr and Caldari officials.
