Engineering:
Capacitor Management 5 - maximum capacitor capacity.
Capacitor Systems Operation 5 - Maximum capacitor recharge rate
Power Grid Management 5 - Maximum power grid
CPU Management 5 - Maximum CPU amount
Energy Systems Operation 5 - max rate capacitor recharges.
Energy Grid upgrades 5 - Less CPU requirements for power modules
Weapons Upgrades 5 - Less CPU requirement for all weapons


Shield:
Shield Management 5 - Max shield capacity
Shield Operation 5 - Max shield recharge rate

Armor:
Hull Upgrades 5 - Max armor hitpoint
Mechanics 5 - Max hull hitpoint amount.
Repair Systems 4 - Best Armor Repair Modules

Fellow capsuleers we all can find ourselves in situation of struggle which may result in blown up ship so to avoid it use these simple guidelines:

Security Missions lvl1 should be run with Frigate class ship or better
Security Missions lvl2 should be run with Cruiser class ship or better
Security Missions lvl3 should be run wuth Battlecruiser class ship or better
Security Missions lvl4 and 5 should be attempted in fleet.

Also it's always a good idea to check here for any potential scrambling and/or webbing and also for the range of closest enemies after accelaration gate.
