currently looking to hear from:

miners:
minimum of mining barge capable, or willing to go straight for that (short training on those)

haulers:
must have minimum cargohold of 10k m3, or willing to train straight for that (very short training time on this)

missions
must be able to fly minimum cruisersized ships, and capable to do lvl 3's or 4's or being very close to this

also:
explorers:
scanning for belts and sites, hacking and everything else that follows.

salvagers:
general good salvaging skills and ship fitted for this purpose
