The Interplanetary Media Network is a media aggregation group and news distribution platform. While organizations like the Scope serve those whose concerns are interstellar, most of the people of New Eden still get their news from local planetary sources. IMN purchased a large number of smaller planetary media outlets, providing them with the same level of news support as their big interstellar competition. Concerns have been raised by critics of the organization about its biases or the impact of homogenization on impartiality, by IMN has repeatedly restated its commitment to fair and balanced reporting.
