-The 22nd Black Rise Defensive Unit was a Caldari Militia corporation dedicated to keeping the Black Rise region clear from Gallente forces and outlaws. The 22nd was well known within the Empire Factional wars as being a leading corporation in the Caldari’s domination of Gallente space in the year YC 111.+Death is the Road to Awe.
  
-"Death is the Road to Awe". A phrase uttered by all 22nd pilots at one time meant simply that until you fought to the death in battle you would not know the awesomeness that is EVE. It is only clear now that not until the death of this corp did we all realize the awe that we had felt in our combined numbers. +The 22nd Black Rise Defensive Unit (aka "The 22nd") is a Caldari Militia corporation dedicated to keeping the Black Rise region clear from Gallente control. The 22nd made its mark early on in the Factional Wars, leading the way for the Caldari’s control of "all" Gallente space in the year YC 111, just one year after the fighting started (seriously check it CCP made a medal for it).
  
-We've grown now and our rebirth will be nothing short of a movement.+Primarily a low sec PvP corp, the choice to be in FW and fighting for "the State" does stem from role play of our founding members. The corp has always been welcoming to low skilled & new to PvP pilots who are willing to learn our brand of PvP.
