-We believe that voice comms are a must. All pilots who do fleet operations are required to have at a minimum listen capability. Not only do we believe it is essential for success in the battlefield, but it is a great way to get to know your fellow pilots!

-We believe in team work. We're always looking for new ways to integrate our different assets to give new opportunities to our pilots. We believe that many can accomplish much more than one. The more members who put in, the more the corperation can give back. As we grow we will continue to create more and more fleet based operations to keep our pilots engaged and to give each pilot an opportunity to get to know their fellow members.

--Pilot Reward/Recognition 
-Many Pilots put in work and effort into their corporations and in assisting their fellow pilots and are never rewarded or recognized for their efforts. In RINR we believe that pilots should always be recognized for the time and effort they put in, whether it be through public acknowledgement, award ceremony, or promotion.
